Star Wars: The Force Awakens
So, I saw "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" yesterday. It was pretty great. I love Rey, and Fin, and BB-8. And it was such a joy watching it. Go see it if you haven't. It's amazing.

Decent film, but it just had way too many callbacks to the original trilogy, and the plot is about as predictable as they come. Great cinematography, acting, special effects nonetheless, and far better than the atrocious prequels.

Honestly, I liked it, I didn't love it. My issue with it was very simply that I wanted to see more X-Wing vs. Tie-fighter combat. Add in another 5-10 minutes of that and I'm seeing this movie every weekend instead of just once.
Also, I'm glad to see that it will very likely not break Avatar's worldwide record. Although it demolished the domestic record.
