Delete Thread

I have an idea. Why not add a feature where users can delete threads they've accidentally started or don't want to use them anymore because of lack of posts? We already can delete posts made under threads. I believe users should be able to delete threads they've started.

The problem is that a person could delete his/her own thread even if there are posts. There's no people we should distrust, but well.
I think PM'ing Eltu is still a good solution.
