Kaltxi! Call me Sutxena
Hey all! Just introducing myself here as I am new. While I really enjoyed the first movie when I saw it in 2009, I was young enough that I didn't understand a good portion of it. But now I have recently kindled a strong love for Pandora and its beautiful inhabitants and I am very excited for the second movie.
A little about me- I am currently studying the field of Anthrozoology (the study of human-animal interactions and how those interactions affect both the human and the animal in question, reminds me of the use of Tsaheylu with the Na'vi and their mounts!) I enjoy reading, hiking and writing (I am currently writing a science fiction novel). I am also currently trying to learn Na'vi and I am hoping that lurking around here will give me some tips and tricks and maybe even make some new friends.

 Anthrozoology sounds like a fascinating field, and I admit I've never heard the term before.If you haven't already, be sure to check out the site Learn Na'vi and its respective forum. You'll find a lot of resources and people who are also learning the language there.

Kaltxì! Glad to have you here!
Howdy! Working in a zoo and working closely with animal psychology was something I've always wanted to do, I feel you on that! I've always been extremely interested in herpetology. I'm very good with handling snakes, and they've always fascinated me. I have a pet ball python, and snakes are just so gnarly. Once you hold on and get over your primal fear, it's a breeze! I'll hopefully be taking my venomous serpent training here soon. I'll be certified and armed with a snake hook. Woohoo!
We've got a good community here, glad to have you in it!
