An Interesting (maybe) Little Thing I Noticed
So I was staring into Neytiri's eyes when my screensaver came up and after a while I noticed her eye lashes......
 Anybody else get what I am talking about? Try and get it before opening the Spoiler

Eyelashes are to protect the eyes (well, so are eyebrows actually, but eyelashes have a more obvious function in doing do, and are arguably more likely to evolve in parallel)

Eyelashes and eyebrows do two different functions!
Eyebrows are designed to keep the sweat from your forehead out of your eyes. Na'vi don't have them so I have to assume that they don't sweat (at least on there foreheads). Like HNM said, Eyelashes help protect your eyes by warning when an foreign object is approaching your eyes and instinctively closing them. So that they can have one without the other? (my theory anyway)

Oh. I way over-analyzed this picture! I noticed that her left eye has considerably less eyelashes, and that one had fallen onto her cheek. lol

If they don't sweat, how do they regulate their body heat? Many of the animals on Pandora have those enormous "vents" for cooling, obviously the Na'vi do not. I also think I saw Jake sweat, but he could have just gotten wet. I don't remember (I know, a fangirl not remembering every minute detail about Jake, inconceivable, lol). If he does that could also just be a result of his human DNA. Can you imagine how freaked out Neytiri would be? Ha ha

I didn't see any fall onto her cheek, if it's on the left side it's because there's a scar there.
But yes, as stated- eyelashes are for protection of the golden orbs
