Yeah... I'm not sure who actually runs it, but they can have a subforum for it here, maybe we could give one of them moderator status on that subforum too.

As for getting individual people here, I think word will spread by itself, although it will be harder for people who don't come on IRC, but as people DO talk to each other, I think they will find out what is happening.
