Default How flexible are you?

I'm fascinated by flexibility so I want to know what people around here are capable of in terms of flexibility?

Personally I can do the lotus and climb trees relatively easily but that's it. What about you? And how do you do what you do?

I can bend my body about 100 degrees back while standing. Really hurts though.

I've been waiting a LONG time for a thread like this to come up. Let's see...

I can dislocate my thumb in two places to the point where it's at a 180-degree angle to the tip of my middle finger.

I regularly sit in very strange positions with my legs, which is normal to me, but my family thinks it's VERY weird, and simultaneously amazing; that, and yes, I can easily position my feet behind my head without any pain.

I can bend my back about 110-120 degrees while standing (without bending my knees), without hurting myself... but I get this strange air pressure in my ears while I do it (is that normal? ).

I can reach any part of my back to scratch it with either hand.

I can actually do this without using a string:

EDIT: Btw, this, and the fact that I can bend my back so far was a crowd-pleaser when I went to a costume party last year for Halloween as Neo.

...Funny how I can do all this, but I still can't do the friggin' split!!!

I can put one foot behind my neck, just about. Can't really do anything else though.

I can lick the sole of my foot standing up.

(Can get my leg half way over my head standing up, too...)

My arm is double jointed...so when I elongate my arm, it's not straight. It bends backward even more a few inches. It freaks so many people out...

I'm not that flexable. I can maneuver my arms and legs but nothing that is too difficult. And I definatly can't do things with my fingers. To be honest, I think I can do less than the average person can.
