Quick look at learnnavi.org where I got these from:
tsulfä: [tsul."fæ] PF n. mastery tsulfä si: [tsul."fæ si] PF vin. master tsulfätu: [tsul."fæ.tu] PF n. master of an art, craft, or skill, expert I'm not knowledge of Navi grammer so I don't know the exact nuances other than whats given here. tsulfätu may be the correct term as it could mean expert/master also.
