Oh gosh, I've done some of that. But instead of "Avatar Rulz", I'll write "Oel ngati kameie" or maybe "Nga lu skxawng" in my friends textbooks, and on desks

I stay around trees in a park near to me and I meditate on good things. And I will evade the cities much more from now on, can't breathe the polluted air anymore...

I haven't done anything crazy but I have been hissing more when I get upset or to tease my husband. This isn't entirely due to Avatar though. I grew up with cats so it is very easy to imitate them which is what my siblings and I have done on occasion.

Holy crap dude! That sounds like equal parts scary/crazy/awesome.

I've always been a runner, and since Avatar I've started to do more barefoot running. It's great-helps me feel more connected with the earth.

I've also been working on my Na'vi, which is something I never could have pictured myself doing before. I used to make fun of people who learned Klingon, etc.

Also been considering an Avatar tattoo. I never thought I'd get a tattoo from a movie, but then again, I've never had a movie have such a huge impact on my life!

I wondered if I was the only person who has tried to do that
I've also been practising doing things with 4 fingers, holding it out of the way.

I comment my publicly visible c++, python, and html in Na'vi. I've gotten more than a few lolwut's from the Comp-Sci teacher at school. Priceless.

That's awesome. I should start doing that, but I don't know any Na'vi! (my entire vocabulary consists of the word "skxawng") I'm really curious what Na'vi commented code looks like, do you have any code you wouldn't mind sharing?

Win. I did the same thing in my programming coursework, I suddenly realised when I had to submit the source code, that it had various comments in Na'vi, like where I'd commented out some code which didn't work (which I had forgotten to remove) and put a comment under it saying pxasik
Removed those in the version I submitted though...

Me too!! I seriously thought I was being so stupid when I started doing it, but honestly, it's sort of natural to me now haha, I really though I was the only one who did that.

So, recently, I've been learning a bit more Na'vi. I was talking with one of my friends and I can't remember what I said but I over-annunciated the "t" sound when I was talking and it sounded really weird (like an ejective).
Another time, I was passing by the living room and my parents were watching the news, I can't remember what they were talking about, but it was something stupid (as stuff on the news usually is lately) and I automatically just rolled my eyes and muttered, "Faysawtute." My mom was like, "What did you say??" It was awkward.

for me it's quite easy to do things with four-fingers , and at school i call my friends skxawng when they don't understand somethin that's easy , it's cool when they WTF you ... however i've told to them thousands of times what's the meaning of Skxawng, and i like to talk them in Na'vi too, i think for me it's easier to learn the "rr" words (im from Chile and we use a lot the "rr")

Things seem more graceful when you only use 4 fingers...

I cut my hand on an itouch once for something AVATAR related...
