Best Day of My Life.
  When Jim said the Collector's Edition was going to be the ultimate disk set, he wasn't joking. This thing is amazing. The casing itself is something to behold. Behind the sleeve is a hardcover casing that resembles a book. It has with three pages that hold all three disks.

Congratulations!
 Yeah, it's a hoot, isn't it? Jim knows how to please his fans, and I think the box-art really does a good job of showing it. He knows people have developed an emotional and spiritual connection to the world he has created, and it's people, and he knows that to us Avatar is more than a movie, it's a life-changing experience, and I think he wanted to develop a box that would reflect that.

Congratulations man. that looks fantastic!
you guys are soo lucky! I'm counting down for when my copy should get here. not due to be dispatched til the 24th unfortunately.Love the pictures though! the front cover sleeve really catches the eye. would be hard to miss on a shelf at the shops

In the UK there is a limited edition Collector's edition. This was limited to just a 1000 copies and I was fortunate enough to get copy No: 300 and it cam with a shed load of stuff: Bluray box set, a signed film frame of Neyney, and a book to boot and packaged into a box. Here's some piccies:   There is also an 'Ultimate' version out there somewhere, but I don't thing it has been made available in the UK to my knowledge. Well enjoy your Avatar CEs my friends, Alan

that looks like an 'ultimate' edition to me, compared to the collectors edition for us in the US. The book... wannnt it!
