I think it is very relevant to this multiculturalism debate (and the religious discussion that this turned into). Look at what is happening on a policy level in many countries. A good portion of people think that they have to let everyone's views go unapposed and look where it is taking us especially when it comes to assimilation. Concessions we can make but quite often we make ridiculous concessions.

So the solution is not to concede at all, right? "I am right, you are wrong."

Views and ideas should be questioned, helped and based; not exterminated or ignored according to an "absolute reference" which in most cases, it's just your own set of ideas.
