Default Pa'li question

How many hands do you think a typical adult Pa'li is? 30+?

I would say around 27.

I am guessing that a direhorse with its head fully raised included is about 3.75 meters. If you exclude the long neck and head, I would say its around 2.8 meters which is roughly 27 hands.

For reference:
1 meter = 9.84251969 hands
A horse is measured from the ground to the highest non-variable skeletal structure.

Here is Neytiri standing next to Pale. Since an average male Na'vi is about three meters tall, and a female slightly smaller... I think the Pa'li is about 2.5-2.8 meters tall at the shoulders.

Cameron himself sais the Pa'li is about the size of a Stegosaurus or an Elephant, but that doesn't say much other than the mass, since their bodyplan is quite different from those animals.
