Kaltxi!!
 I would like to introduce myself I of course go by Dakar. But am the CEO of The Gonzo Journal NYC I imigrated from South Africa back in the late 1950's. I was born of Jewish parents who escaped Natzi Germany back in 1943. Later we all imigrated to The USA. Virginia to be exact and after living the Hippy life in the communes of California and the big peace protests in NYC in the 70's. I now run a magazine which was the brain child of Dr. Hunter S. Thompson. I guess I am the elder in the group here probably, but like everyone here I too am an Avatar Fan. I do look forward to interacting with everyone here. all the best M.T.D. Welcome to the forums.
 Quite an interesting history you have there also. My family history also happens to include WWII as my grandfather lived in Poland, was taken into forced labor in a concentration camp, liberated, and immigrated to the U.S.

Welcome to the family interesting genes... and trayectory...My grandfather survived a Stalin prisoner camp, my father got away from KGB, so I guess something in common would be "Don't let the system grind you down" attitude... There are lots of interesting people here with interesting origins. Enjoy your stay
