So if anarchy is the social state in which there is no governing person or group of people, but each individual has absolute liberty, then so long as we make agreements with other human beings, there is no such thing as anarchy.

Ermmm... Nope. And by that definition, there has never been anarchy or freedom.

What I mean is that you can choose with whom to make bonds, with whom to share your life and with whom to collaborate. Or not at all. The case is that there are no limits but the natural ones.

"Nobody commanding" means "Nobody telling me "do this, or else!"", not "Nobody speaking of making something together". That's just being asocial.
