Though I have no idea what tim tams are...I am going to guess some type of desert?

Kaltxì, ma Gunny! (What are YOU doing awake at this hour?)

Tim Tams were, IIRC, like Kit Kats on steroids. (Correct me if I'm wrong, hoscba.)

Of course, it's been "donkey's years" (Aussie slang for "a long time") since I've had any. I DO remember Tim Tams made up half of my carry-on when I flew home.
