Interesting theory, Woodsprite. You seem to have the Joker pretty well summed up there. He really was a mastermind to have a plan for every contingency - a brilliant nut indeed.
 The varied stories of the scars has always fascinated me though I really don't have any theories of how he could've possible gotten those scars, or what drove him to "insanity" for a lack of a better word.
