I had an Avatar "Dream" very very recently.
I haven't been here in a while, mainly because life finally caught up with me again. However, this dream has brought me right back. The dream wasn't very visual, but I could feel strong emotions running through me all at once. In terms of location I did not know where I was but I always knew the moment it started that I was on Pandora. It was dark, and the forest was lit up in beautiful bioluminescence and there was a hole in the canopy where the night sky shone through. At first, I couldn't hear anything, and my vision was all fuzzy and distorted. However, this tiny orb of white light appeared in my field of vision and started to move slowly away from me, and as I focused on it, my eyesight became clearer and gradually the sounds of the forest came to me ears. Beautiful sounds. I didn't know what the light was, but I felt intense emotion as I watched it drift away, like every part of my being had gone with it. I was looking at it from a third person perspective, and I don't remember having any physical form, just watching this orb drift slowly through the forest. A blue hand clasped around it gently, cupping it with gentleness. At this point, I was sort of zoomed in on the orb, almost seeing the world from its perspective and scale. I looked up and it was Jake, staring with a gentle smile across his face at this orb of light, I did not know what to think, what I was doing but I knew I didn't want it to end, I'd never had a dream so vivid as this. Neytiri crept into my field of vision, her face had this sort of awe to it, her mouth was open slightly like she had gasped but didn't wan't to disturb the orb. She then smiled at it also, and again I felt a surge of emotions, amazing yet they tore at me inside. Before I knew what was going on, I was cast away and started to slowly move away from the orb. I watched it get released from Jake's hand, my vision getting more fuzzier each second, and cast upwards like when you release a butterfly. It drifted gently away as they watched it quietly. By now my I could hardly tell what anything was, but the intense and mixed emotions had gone, and instead I felt an utter sense of peace. Like I had been relieved of a heavy burden. Like that orb of light was my soul, being cast away to be part of Pandora. Everything went dark though, and I woke up, yet remembered it so clearly. It was an amazing experience, and try as I might, I don't think it will ever happen again. I have toyed with the idea of what that orb of light was ever since, but I am certain it was a part of me. If it was a part of me, I couldn't think of any better place to give it to .Sooner or later though, you always have to wake up

That sounds like a wonderful dream.
I did have a sort of Avatar related dream last night. I was on a tropical island as Nathan Drake (Uncharted). I had to get through a series of puzzles to get to the top of an ancient temple. As I was climbing I thought about how much easier it would be to do this if I was taller. As I did some random Na'vi jumped in front of me, reaching a point I could not. She turned to me and said, "You were saying?" (Despite the fact I only thought it, I think). My dream ended there, but the first thought in my head when I woke up was, "You're a c***"

Today I had a nightmare. I dreamed that a director of Avatar 2 will be Uwe Boll!

I had a really interesting one this morning.
It was on Pandora, I had an avatar along with a few others, I was supposed to be teaching the Na'vi children some things but instead, I kept asking them about the Na'vi and learning more there. They took me to different places in the forest, and I remember sitting on the edge of a cliff next to a waterfall with them. Later, I was telling someone else that I was going to try to live with the Na'vi. I don't remember anything after there though, I think that was when I woke up

Sounds like an interesting dream HNM. I had one the other night about where there was a huge Avatar convention *post Avatar 3* and JC was out front talking to people and I spoke to him but I don't remember what about. Then I went inside and there was many rooms and I walked around and it explained about how the ISV's worked, images of Pandoran oceans, and many things about the creatures, but the dream went a different direction after that and I ended up climbing through the ceiling tiles up 7 floors to a hidden basketball court.

I had a strange dream, but the thing is, I didn't know who or what I was:
Standing on the peak of an embankment overlooking the Tree of Souls, I felt as if I was forbidden from moving any closer. I could have, but something was telling me not to venture further. I saw man Na'vi, all of different clans, Omatikaya, Ikran, horse, all of the different war parties in the film, but I felt out of place. Out of nowhere, a woodsprite comes closer, floating in front of me, and I place my hands around it, shielding it from the others so that only I can see it. In that moment, I felt a pulse, not from within my own body, but from the woodsprite. It made no move to leave, just floating there, and in the back of my head (I guess) almost like a whisper from far off, I heard a voice. It was feminine, speaking in flowing and smooth Na'vi: "Come back... Return to the sky, my hunter. Fight in my name and protect this world... Bring peace without vengeance, only then will your spirit be released and pure once more." I'm not that fluent in Na'vi, but I somehow knew that was what it was saying. Looking down, I saw my skin glowing slightly, spots reacting to the bioluminescence of the late twilight, and then it was gone. The woodsprite had vanished, and I looked around. They were waiting, and I was ready. I awoke as I was descending from my vantage point.

Whoa! Now that's quite a dream.
Sounds like it would have been great if it had continued onward.

I had a dream last night, I doubt I'll ever forget it. I was at school as a Na'vi, people acted as if it was a regular occurrence like they had gotten used to having me like I was. I felt somehow very alone. Then later I was a human among Na'vi, and again I felt out of place. I felt like I was alone in a desert, then I was alone in a desert.
I knelt to the ground and though "I'm so alone," my thoughts echoing loudly. Then Ramona (from Scott Pilgrim) skated by saying, "You're not alone." I snapped out of it the desert and into a hallway at my school. Half was covered with flora and the other half was a regular hall. I walked down it, part of the way I was human, part of the way I was Na'vi. I knew I had to choose because at the end of the hall was Neytiri and a girl I know. I stood there in front of the two, who were somehow the same height (this a dream you know). They both looked at me expectantly, but I couldn't choose. Eventually I told them that I couldn't choose, and they told me that they knew I wouldn't be able to. The world shifted to a hybrid city, glass buildings rose up, their roofs filled with plants brightly lit up. Trees grew around the buildings in an absolutely fantastic manner. I looked at where Neytiri and the girl had been standing and saw they had embraced each other, and slowly the two became one. So it was me and the girl, now a Na'vi, standing in a glowing ultramodern organic city.

I've never had any dream related with Avatar, unfortunately. When I sleep I can hardly remember anything I dream (if I dream at all). My memory sucks!

Those both sound amazing
![]() I wish I could have another dream... I have gone back to no dreams again now ![]() applejuice - there are a few ways to improve dreaming. Obviously, keeping something in your mind before sleeping is a good way, try not to be TOO tired when you sleep. When you do have a dream, try to remember as much as you can, and write it down as soon as you get up. All of those should help recall, but some people (including me) still find it difficult
