He definitely deserves to win it.
X Pandora X, does Liu Xiaobo not deserve his then?  It's for people who do something that not just anyone could do. standing up to an oppressive government is a perfect example, while anyone can just donate a few quid.

Has the National Inquirer found a way to bring the status-quo to it's knees? Has the National Inquirer managed to topple a government? Will it eventually take down a bank? Has it found a way to utilize the Internet in the best way imaginable to give the people an upper hand in their fight against the elite? Yeah, I think Assange has earned that prize.
