No, the main issue was the Europe and 'civilization' was being blamed as the cause for war, with the implication that war only seemed to happen in the last two thousands years...which is blatantly incorrect. THAT was my main complaint. Then we all got distracted.

I have another article that talks about war/peace that relates to our closest evolutionary brethren. I'll post it tomorrow (I hate trying to make links on the iPhone >.<).
EDIT: Here it is. ![]() http://www.truth-out.org/article/rob...-history-peace I think the issue here isn't who started war, it's who started the most war. All people fight sometime in their history ("war, war never changes"), it's more a question of who does it the most. We obviously have different opinions of who that is, taking the two main sides in the debate of speculative anthropology (and that's all it can really be now, most HGs have been killed off, and the few remaining have been exposed to civilization, thus eliminating the chance of examining "pure" HGs first-hand). Ok, then. I need to be up at 7, and it is currently...er...2:30. I've been at this enough for one day. Off to bed.

God damn it, an entire generation pumping gas, waiting tables; slaves with white collars. Advertising has us chasing cars and clothes, working jobs we hate so we can buy **** we don't need. We're the middle children of history, man. No purpose or place. We have no Great War. No Great Depression. Our Great War's a spiritual war... our Great Depression is our lives. We've all been raised on television to believe that one day we'd all be millionaires, and movie gods, and rock stars. But we won't. And we're slowly learning that fact. And we're very, very pissed off." - Tyler Durden Last edited by Tsyal Makto; 03-03-2011 at 12:30 AM. |

![]() ...well, that's just about impossible to say anything about. We've only had writing in BITS of the world for 10,000 years, and we left Africa 50,000 years ago, so there is all that time BEFORE-hand.
