A man has successfully transformed his body (at least, outwardly) into the form of a flawless (and frankly, quite pretty) female. See above picture.

Quite an amazing feat, but I (personally) think it's very creepy.

I think it's amazing. Good for her, seriously (and yes, I said 'her' - anyone who goes to that length to change the body they are born with clearly doesn't identify their gender with that original body).
