I'm very sad this has happened.

I didn't see the other thread until it was far too late. Fkeua didn't weigh his words well - probably not even knowing what Shatner is going through - and Shatner himself overreacted to them (still, in the heat of the moment I believe that I'd feel hurt too, if I were in his shoes). In any case, this was only a misunderstanding, and it's a shame that things like this happen for just a misunderstanding.

Shatner, if you can read this: please reconsider your choice. You will be missed.
