- "Eywa has heard you ... EYWA HAS HEARD YOU!!!"
- Right at the end when they zoom in on Jake's eyes ... and they open.

Almost every single scene, but here is the top list:
- "I See you" scene
- Neytiri crying for her father
- Neytiri yelling at Jake
- Valkyrie flying in through the atmosphere at the beginning
- "Eywa has heard you!"

Best movie ending ever. (Also, that's the worst part of the movie -- you see it and suddenly realize Avatar is over... )

There really are too many great scenes in this movie to list. But my personal favorites are (1) the first time Jake (as Avatar) gets lost in the forest and meets Neytiri and (2) when Jake becomes Toruk Makto -from when he first flies in on the Toruk and makes that walk through the Na'vi to Neytiri, to his speech, to the gathering of the clans and especially when we see him finally, in full battle attire, stading God-like on that hill overlooking the gathering. Its awesome really.

The destruction of Hometree and Neytiri crying over her father's body is also a very powerful moment in the film and very moving.

The love scene between Jake and Neytiri at the Tree of Voices gives me goose-bumps every time. I can just imagine how sexy and hot the extend love scene is!

Kaltxi Eylan's,

Pretty much agree with all of the above, although the footage of the burning Direhorse was particularly disturbing?

I welled up during/when:

They were talking about choosing women at the Trees of voices...
After the Makto landing, and they 'see' each other again..
You will never be one of the people..
If you are one of us, then help us scene..
This is sad, very sad only...
The first time the pure spirits 'touch' jake....
It's hard to fill a cup that is already full...
I will fly with you...
Loss of hometree..

I was also gutten when the thanator (sp?) was stabbed by Quaritch

Walking around the woods at night for the first time, and when neytiri and jake are running through the woods. I'm a runner, so seeing them run around, it just felt good. I felt like this place was my home. I was so wrapped up in the movie I forgot I was still on Earth.

I know that I did...it's an absolutely brilliant ending. I imagine that the end credits help you find your way back to reality, which lessens the blow somewhat, but the IMAX crew at my local theatre must have gotten tired of Avatar -- they muted the sound as soon as the credits started rolling to tell us where the exits were...

That makes me sad... I always sit there until the end of the credits, listening to the music.

For me, the credits really don't bring me back to reality though, in a way I have to force my mind back into this world, or I would just stay sitting there.
