Detox & Protection from Radiation & Nuclear Fallout
Ok .. Mika is not a fatalist .. but considering the news of Japan .. and remembering my age, (I'm part of that generation that grew up with the thought of nuclear war being a constant reality) ... and learning how to try and protect one's health in the event ... anyways thought I might share and post this for reference .. just in case!

This is actually useful and arguably a good thing to have around anyway, but in this case, it isn't as useful as it may seem since the vast majority of the isotopes are very short lived (days at the most) and will end up in the Pacific. Arguably a good idea if you are in Japan, but it isn't going to reach North America.

Being the paranoid person I am, my survival kit (yes i have one, just in case ) contains iodide tablets.

Being a Vulcan I have a much higher threshold for radiation exposure than the average human. So you go and suck on your Potassium Iodide tablets and I'll just chill out doin' what Vulcans do.
