Hi ToS, perhaps I can offer some help. Back when LearnNavi picked up, I risked a little money and bought one of these:
 I've used it to make about 450 shirts so far (for LearnNavi and other ventures), and know the process rather well now. I also have an excess of black shirts (small-5xl), and tons of blue and white ink. If I made them, it would basically allow the "individual" option without paying tremendous amounts for places like Cafepress or Custom Ink. Shirts would hover around $15, and shipping around $5 for US folks (or free if you're going to Seattle) Just thought I'd offer

Payoang, my friend, when you come out of hiding, you do it with a great amount of enthusiasm.
I didn't realize that you, personally, had done my LearnNa'vi shirt ... very impressive ... you are a man of many talents! My only question is, do you have long-sleeved shirts available?
