That guy is the most subscribed user on YouTube with over 3 million subscribers. The second most subscribed user is like 400,000 behind him. He's not some random.

EDIT: Apparently he atteneded a dinner with other famous YouTubers like Toby Turner and Shane Dawson, both of which have more than 500,000 subscribers.
