Im starting a high protein diet to burn off 50+ pounds I built over the years. I don't know a cost-effective way of doing this. I hear that your own weight limit should equal the amount of grams your taking per day. I weight about 240 (I have alot of leg muscle mass, genetic) and consuming that many grams requires me, from my calculations, 2-3 meals of fish/tuna a day with a protein mixed drink (Tuna: 20-44g of protein, Drink w/ mix: 60-70g of protein).
Since I'm just beginning this, I have no ideas for recipes to make these foods. I know I can make a variety of styled eggs, but the real question is 'How' do I make it? Any recipe relating with the high-protein diet is much appreciated. I can bench 15 reps of 20 lbs (On rare occasions I visit the gyms to find out), I walk about 1-2 miles a day (I walk for an hour, its usually a mile), and I ride my bike on separate days for 4-5 miles.
