Are we missing some scenes?

I know two more scenes/tiny parts, one where we see Grace all alone in some lab, raising her head while still looking at something up ahead, and the other is when Quaritch spots the link station in the jungle. The part when he cuts those vines off is nowhere to find either. I've seen both of them (and perhaps even more) in numerous trailers. All very mysterious to me.
