There are several pieces of music played in that deleted scene.

NORM: Calibrating. 30 seconds.

Here begins the cue "Beam" from the soundtrack to the Thin Red Line. Written by John Powell (collaborator/student) of Hans Zimmer.

As for the native sounding flute and drums during the ceremony, that music is by Horner, but I believe it is not found on any release of the OST.
