For me the two most intense scenes are so close together you could almost call them one.

1 -> Moat crying out in shock and horror at the sight of the devastation of their home.
2 -> Eytukan's death/Neytiri's grief.

just as intense but not as uncomfortable is:

"Eywa has heard you!"
"I see you"
"I was afraid for my people. I'm not anymore"
