If you can get the mods/admins involved (that's their damn job, anyway), you should have a better shot at clearing it up.

^^^^ fully agree. It also might be a good idea re-checking your rights /the forum rules / legal issues even. What's within the rules & what's not? What can she, really, do to you? What can you do (say, complain to mods about harassment - or anything else)- if you wish to?
