350.org
Got another event to share. This event and website are called the 350. We are coordinating events all of the world and the main rally/march will take place on September 24th. The site allows you to find current planned events and to join in. If there is not an event in your area I encourage you to get on started!
The link is 350.org The 350 is in reference to what scientists have said is the "safe' level of Carbon Dioxide in the atmosphere. Research indicates that 350 PPM(Parts Per Million) is the "safe" zone. Currently the world is hovering around 391 PPM. The September 24th events are planned to help raise awareness and to inspire change so we can lower that number!
