Default Game of Thrones

Has anyone else been watching Game of Thrones on HBO? I am a diligent George Martin fan and have been absolutely amazed at the quality of the series. The finale....was perfect, I don't think I have been that emotionally moved in a long time.

Anywho, anyone else read/watch Game of Thrones/ASOIF?

yeah ive read the ice and fire books, liked them alot, written so gritty medieval and with much "feel" to it.
Waited and waited for a dance with dragons and gave up
But now theres the series and a dance with dragons is out soon! Yeah!

Didnt want to see the series at first but glad i did, awesome so far.
End of series now i think? So much to happen still.. cant wait!

Actually made a few fan arts, Below Catelyn Stark, called it dark wings, dark words.
Made this before the HBO series so she doesnt look like Catelyn in the series, lol more like Cersei even
(letter on the floor contains a spoiler if you can read it )

The season finale was Sunday. It just covered the first book. Wasn't bad, and they got most of the details right. Overall I was happy with it. My only real nitpicks were they didn't have enough of the Direwolves and they over played all the sex/nudity.

Dance is in....three weeks I believe can't wait.

Watched the series - really enjoyed it. I can't get into the books, though, and not sure I want to force myself. Grimdark isn't exactly my thing, and from all reports, it goes way grimdark.

But I really like the series.
