Well I suspect at some point the hiring of stuff will be looked into as many of us will not be able to bring all the required gear. I mean there's only so much my Ikran can carry!....

I'm able to bring a tent and some sleeping stuff, along with some other misc smaller items. Also, I voted individual, but for the record I didn't exactly understand what that meant and would be on the side of group now. Looks like group was winning anyway

Uhmmm...my question was never really answered. I'd like to know if there's an absolute final point of no return deadline to have reservations in at this camping place so we know when we have to decide by. If we don't know yet that's cool, but I'd like to know what's up. And like everyone else said, it's going to be hard to bring all kinds of camping gear in addition to all the other stuff. Especially those who are cosplaying! And I'm most likely coming from California this year meaning I'll be carpooling with friends. There won't be room in the car lol.

Not immediate rush at the moment tsmukan. You can check out the story so for here.

Reservation and gear will follow on in good time. I suspect there will be quite a few of us hiring stuff as we won't be able to bring it all.
