I was born in (southern) Siberia
 it's 35ºC below 0 in winter and 35ºC above 0 in summer. With this 70ºC swing, it's... fun!  Like they say, "there is no such a thing as bad weather - but there is such a thing as unsuitable clothes".  Let me know if/when you wanna go there for vacations - or your knowledge quest. I might be able to give you some tips on how to survive...
