If voting is the main way of deciding things in government, I'd like more than two options (I know there are technically more than two, but you're throwing your vote away in America )

And you guys can choose to vote, some people who are forced to vote are practically throwing their vote away.

Powerful buzz for 45 minutes that is basically gone completely at the hour and a half mark. **** is really bad for the brain though, smoke too much and it can put you in a coma.

Man the state governments are outlawing it/have outlawed it and they'll take it off the shelves.

It's just getting a hold of it, that's the problem for people.

LEGAL xD

I wish it were, all psychedelics really....
So true, the "hippy" drugs normally render people to be mellow, happy or at least have slower response times and motor function. I'd rather have the nighttime full of happier people who hug, laugh and cry together then a bunch of people who take alcohol and can be both aggressive and happy at the turn of a hat.

I agree with this. Cancer patients and arthritis sufferers should be able to use medicinal marijuana to lessen the daily pain they undergo. This can apply to other people who suffer from any disease, disability or injury that makes their lives unbearable or a struggle each day. Currently there is no cure for cancer patients, people with debilitating diseases or people with arthritis and it is a downright shame.

I See you, ma tsmuke... well, a little blurred by that sweet smoke in here... *cough* *giggle*

Indeed, I have found people being high on weed far more pleasant than drunkards... I like a beer now and then (mostly for the good taste, as I love the Weissbrau and also look like I do...), I love mead (*yum*!), and have enjoyed warm mead and grapes while soaking naked in a large hot tub on a medieval market together with other merry people... all that was nice, really.
But being together with people on weed was the most inspirational at a Rainbow Gathering, when a shillum was passed around in a circle of happy skyclad hippies in a teepee, me being one of them...

Especially that beautiful experience I've had (and the Gathering as a whole, feeling wonderfully at home there) would be unthinkable with alcohol...

Did you know, that some herbs, which are used for medicinal purposes and previously were available for low prices at herbalists and nature food shops have now been declared pharmaceutical products and may only been sold by pharmacists for way higher prices? Wonderful, what stupid laws can be passed by the European Union, when there's money to be made.

The only reason not to legalize cannabis is that the governments have not yet decided how to make the most money out of it - which is especially the case when the medicinal use is concerned. For the inspiriational use of it, I'd love to have a network of distributing naturally grown cannabis (no artificial fertilizers, no using power by extra UV irradation, no dangerously high THC levels) via bio food and herbalist shops.

I've seen pictures of Rainbow Gathering. It seems so wonderful, I really wish to participate one day.

Pictures can only capture part of the spirit there, really... you have to be there to eyperience, why most people in these pictures look so blissful and happy (well, part of it from the weed, too, but the larger part is the overall spirit all Family folk are bathing in).
