nice pics, i've never played those levels at night. the Ikran looks really cool when lit up it's a shame that my favourite level (FEBA) is only for humans, not Na'vi ._. but that place at night time is amazing.

Very true! That's why I really wanted to fly the ikan at night. Hopefully you might be able to now if you're willing to wait 2 hours for the day/night cycle to change.

As for the avatar feeling..I actually feel some of the feelings like being connected to animals and nature if I just sit outside in the back garden while the sun is shining while playing with my pets, or following birds or butterflies as the move in the sky.

I don't know if people would be interested enough for it to be worth its own thread, but watch out for it in the Dreams thread. I'll post those of you who come to mind, but if anyone is left out, it's very likely you've been included in the dreams if I've ever talked to you Bizarre, I know.

I think it'll be really interesting to read Moco.

An interesting occurrence that has to do with this: ^^^^

I signed up for a Capoeira class (more + a demo here) , & there is a couple of things: the first one that impacted me was about seeing: the instructor goes on about looking, watching & seeing all the time: "What was your mistake? You didn't look. Watch! you must see!"

Another thing has to do with the history of Capoeira: it is a martial art invented by black slaves brought to Brazil to sugar cane plantations. Since martial arts were prohibited to them, they camouflaged them as a dance. But the movements are based on animal & hunting movements. You must strike at the right moment, neither before nor after: right time, right place, right action.

When I look at the instructor making demos I clearly remember The Hunting Celebration from the eliminated scenes & think: "This looks Na'vi!"

I would probably like capoeira anyway, but Avatar "brought it to the whole new level"

Capoeira sounds really fun!! Like incorporating traditional tribal rituals into a dance that everyone can enjoy. I'm glad to see that Avatar has enhanced your idea of wanting to participate in it. I think we could all benefit from exploring our indigenous roots or even other indigenous cultures.

Wasn't something similar to that displayed in one of the deleted scenes of Avatar CE? If I think it was Tsu'Tey doing something like that when fighting Jake.

Sounds similar actually..

By the way, I just managed to get some screenshots of the Tipani Kelutral in Avatar the Game, while it is nighttime. It looks fantastic and reminds me quite a lot of when Jake was brought to the Omaticaya Kelutral.

If you have it on Steam, just press F12.

I have the downloaded Special Edition from Amazon and also the regular cd version that I bought on Amazon as well. Is there a way to hook the game up to steam or do you have to purchase it directly from them?

I bought L4D2 from steam so I use them a little bit.

I know. Although the day time/morning version looks great too when the light filters through the canopy. There is a way ma tsmukan. All you have to do is leave the level on for 2 hours or more and it will turn to night. After 30 mins it will turn to early morning.

Unfortunately I don't think there is a way to hook up the store bought version with Steam. Your only option is to buy it on steam for $50 US (It may be on special for a lot less in the Xmas sale) or download a program that allows you to take pics in game.

All I can think about at the moment is flying with an Ikran..And writing another fanfiction.

It's actually $20 on steam but I dont want to spend another 20 on a 3rd copy lol. I'll see if I can figure out how to get screen shots.
