What Txonä Rolyu said. I have encountered a large number of people who also are not able to say 'rr. but just approximate. I would understand you. By definition, you could not speak fluently without saying 'rr, but conversationally, as far as understanding goes (which is what mostly matters), you'd be just fine, really.
