I don't know where this was taken, but I love how the water looks like rays of light Nice regardless of whether or not it's shooped.

That was not photoshopped, you just put the camera on a steady rest or tripod, slow the shutter speed down, and that's the way the water looks.

I was referring to the spots of intense brightness on the surface where the falling water hits. If something like that can be achieved with a slow shutter speed, I didn't know it. Have you taken any pictures like this?
