I am 99.9% certain people may order it and have it autographed even if you do not arrive at the store. Here's quote from the seller's website:

Well guys, I just ordered Avatar on Blu Ray from this site. It says it will be autographed by Professor Paul Frommer. I filled out a little form to have it "autographed to", I put my name there.

I ordered it with priority shipping which was $22, yikes! I told my mom I would pay for the shipping though!

So it does indeed seem you can order it and have it autographed by Professor Paul Frommer, even if you don't live in the US. You can order it wherever you may live, it had a drop down list of countries and it looked like every single country was listed.

So if you want this, you have until Sunday April 18th to order it! Don't miss out!

EDIT: I just thought of something, for those of you not in Canada or the US, the disc might not work in UK/ European Blu Ray players, because it is in fact a North American disc.
