Yes. Hotter stars emit more energetic wavelengths. Blue, purple, and UV are the higher end of the light spectrum. Also, have you noticed that you can't focus directly on a blue LED? There's something about the human brain that won't allow you to focus on a blue-only source. As for power LEDs, I like blue power LEDs, just not when they're annoyingly bright. If you have a super bright one that bothers you, just stick another 1Kohm resistor in front of it. (or cover it up with black electrical tape, whichever you prefer

I don't really know why blue women are more attractive, maybe because blue is so... different. I'm not going to argue with a color scheme that works.
