Did you smudge some of the colour to blend it?
Thanks Yes i did a lot of smudging here to get a smooth transition between the blue colors. Without the smudging the colors turns out very rough

What did you use for smudging btw? Tissues, cotton swabs, or a special/other tool like these (don't know what they're called in English, in German they're called "Papierwischer")

?

I bought a colouring-set with 24 colours from "Derwent" In this colouring-set ther followed a pencil called a "blender" I used this for smudging in the dark areas. I belive it is sort of the same thing that you cal "papierwischer"
In the light areas and for higlighting i smudg the blue with a white pencile

I only draw digitally now because the colors stay nice. Because, you know, when you draw stick people, the color is very important.

great work! like the colored one.
If you rather draw on real paper instead of digital you might want to try markers.
Copic for example has an entire range of color markers and its really great!
It goes pretty fast, the colors can be really bright and you can lay layers on top of each other and blend colors.
I really liked it, it does require special paper. And well except for sketching all i do is digital these days..

anyway if youre interested you should look here to get an idea

I'm not too good at details, but I think I generally have good spatial perception, so stick figures are right up my alley
