I was deeply considering that but I already spent a huge wad of cash (plus another $700 yesterday on a bunch of NOS stuff) restoring my other Fiero, and I don't want to dig into it again unless something breaks.
I was thinking about the transmission swap, but that would be the only thing this car has that mine doesn't. I'd be after a five speed getrag if I really wanted one in my current 86.
I definitley see the potential of parting it out (a whole working power mirror system for this car is $100 alone), but it's a GT and my current Fiero is pretty close to perfect, cosmetically and mechanically.
Plus my mechanic and I are already planning an engine swap into my yellow car when it's 25th birthday comes around and it's exempt from smog...
