If you rather draw on real paper instead of digital you might want to try markers.
Copic for example has an entire range of color markers and its really great!
It goes pretty fast, the colors can be really bright and you can lay layers on top of each other and blend colors.
I really liked it, it does require special paper. And well except for sketching all i do is digital these days..

Thats realy interesting I Gues i don't knowe so much about all the different drawing-options out there, hehe.. Maybe i'll give it a go some time But my biggest dream is to do like you, to draw digital! I have bee'n drooling over a "Wacom Cintiq 21UX LCD tablet" at the local computer store fore the last days DO WANT!! Hehe...
