AWE! Moco said that one of your drawings reminded her of Egyptian art. It reminded me of the Navaho paintings produced in the 1950's. They just used heavier outlines!

Nice artwork you have here I like your style! I especially like your Mass Effect crossover "I wonder how a Tron Legacy crossover would look like?"

But if you are from Sweden "såå forstår du vel også lit norsk " hehe..

Only able to submit to Scraps? I've never heard of such a thing. All deviants are able to submit their art wherever they want..

I submit it in a certain category, and it always comes up in Scraps anyway, no matter how many times I try.

You used a tablet, right?

For those who don't know, tablets make converting physical art (drawings) into digital art very easy, as it eliminates the need for a scanner.

It still takes lots of skill and ability, as well as an understanding of your subjects of interest, to draw on them, but it drastically reduces the time needed to make digital art (and it looks better than pencil, too).

Many artists use a tablet because of those reasons, also it is a lot easier to draw using a stylus type tool then using a mouse.

Nice work Solian, how did you do the background?

Raiden: True, but I also use my tablet for colouring while the sketch itself can be traditional. Its all up to the artist. Some go full digital while others incoporate traditional parts as well. It doesn't automatically look better just because its digital. It does take a while to get use to though, but once you understand it, you will never go back.

Pa'li Makto: I made the background using the Bucket tool in PS and then just went crazy using different brushes, opacity and colours.
