The principal of a baptist private school I went to for a year told me personally that my parents were going to hell for getting divorced, and I know she really believed it. Marriage is just one of those things that doesn't hurt anybody else in any way, and I can't understand why people have such strong feelings about it in general.

The Bible Thumpers love beating gays over the head with the Bible, telling us how WE are going to be the undoing of the sanctity of Marriage, when they say NOTHING about the ADULTERY that is tearing apart the "Traditional Judeo-Christian" marriage. Well if they are going to beat US up, perhaps they ought to follow the Old Testament, and take the Adulturers outside the city gates, and stone them. NO? That's why it needs reform, and also why I'm happy my parents never married.
