I guess you meant "tìpawm" and "frapo", but mixing these 2 words like you did doesn't make any sense anyhow, at least not to me.

I can't answer your question, for I don't know his name. Furthermore, I don't know how could anyone know his name, becaue it wasn't mentioned anywhere (officially) afaIk.
