Happy second birthday to ToS!
Two years. Sometimes I still can't believe it.
A lot has happened. Things have changed for many of us, but we've kept ToS together, and we've shared our moments both good and bad. I can still say for a fact that ToS is one of the main reasons I'm still around, because it's like having a family that are there when you need them. Of course, that's not perfect, and there have been problems, things I've said that I shouldn't and still regret, and times when I've been really hurt. There's some truth that ToS was founded from division, in a way, over some people's concerns about happenings, and a lot of people have had very different ideas about what form the site should take, and while we've always tried to be what people want within reason, sometimes that conflicts. We do our best - I think we've moved past those events 2 years ago, and with the meetup, we are bringing all the Avatar community closer. That's what we should be doing. ToS has been one of my greatest priorities - the amount of time, money, thought, emotion, and tears that has gone into this site from me, and from all of he other admins, has been immense, but I say it is all worth it, even all the bad moments, the regrets, countless sleepless nights, various events that are better left in the past, intractability both on my own part and others, differing ideas of how things should be, yet I think it still says a lot how we have something beautiful. There are countless years ahead of us, and ToS WILL be here. They won't be easy, there will be times when there's very little new on the Avatar front, and many of the old discussions have already been had, which may make the forum seem quiet, but I know how much emotional investment we all have here. That's reason enough to keep it alive. I still spend hours every day thinking about the future, about how I can keep ToS the place we created it to be, how to make sure we are growing in numbers and in what we have as a clan. I often think about some older threads, such as http://www.tree-of-souls.com/general...re_of_tos.html , and how they apply. They still do. Yet when things happen, the impact they leave isn't always visible, as people do carry things in their minds - I know I do, but, as of today, again, I am going to make every possible effort not to any more. I would hope that this be seen as a time of reconciliation, for all members, and a reminder once again, as does sometimes need to happen, that we are all one in this, but that doesn't stop it being happy, for this is a moment to celebrate. So, Happy 2nd birthday ToS! Here's to many more. Always remember we're in this because I know ToS means as much to others as it does to me. Oel ngati kameie. HNM

Can't believe it's already the 2nd year already.
 This place is full of memories and it reminds me of how much Avatar influenced and still influences our lives.

Happy birthday ToS!
This place has become so integral in my life it kinda seems like it's been around forever, and yet it seems like just yesterday I saw Avatar for the first time. This community we have here is a great thing; you all are the family I never had.
