I would honestly avoid any pots, pans (also meaning gas stoves), plate washing, (meaning detergents) etc. & rather opt for ready sandwiches (?), also fruit, nuts, small juices & the like. I am not a camper, & don't have the experience, but I don't want anybody to be dead (of hunger) - that will look very bad on my report! Hungry people are not fun.

So, what do you think a reasonable price / meal would be?

How will the clan be getting it all there? On a shuttle? Do they plan on getting it themselves, or is this going to be so mass buy and hall?
