The OST gets me every time.

The Hill with Sean Connery. The whole situation there reminded me 'bout Shawnshank Redemption. Hard to review so I'll just say that I give it a 4/5. Very good.

Star Trek 2: The Wrath of Khan.

And you know who did the soundtrack for that? James Horner. It's a shame that Horner doesn't get the acclaim that John Williams and Danny Elfman do. He certainly deserves it.

28 Days Later and 28 Weeks Later. Both films are entertaining and at times quite scary. Noticed a few stupid decisions made by characters/organizations in the movie, but that didn't detract much from the thrill.

Sometimes watching cable TV at night can be a real eye-opener... it was so, watching a horror TV movie, kind of a remake of 1950s classic alien horror movvies, called "The Day the World Ended" about an alien devouring human beings in a small town... the lead actors being Randy Quaid and Nastassja Kinski, this movie feigned quality (although the daughter of Klaus did a decent acting job... the director's last name being "Gross" kind of is an indicator of the overall quality of the whole thing... if you watch it, having a parody in mind, it's plain hilarious).

The Day the World Ended (TV 2001) - IMDb

Titanic The Final Word, with James Cameron, on National Geographic channel!

http://channel.nationalgeographic.co...james-cameron/

He wanted to close the chapter on Titanic for himself, and felt he needed to 'revist' and reexamine all the unsolved mysteries to try and finish visualising what had happened to the Titanic!

Its a 2hr documentary, but well worth the watch!

I should see that movie eventually.

I saw bits of Princess Mononoke today, I'll see the whole thing a bit later.

Incredibly Loud and Extremely Close

I don't think I've cried through an entire movie, in a long long time

What this world really needs is more artists and environmentalists!

"Its only 'here' that we lose perspective, out at the Cosmic Consciousness Level things get a lot clearer. For example, there is an actual star pattern that is traced in the shape of a Willow Tree, across the breadth of the Milky Way! And no wonder Indigenous peoples refer to the 'here after' as the Happy Hunting Grounds! Has it ever occured to anyone why the bioluminescence dots, on the Na'vi!"
