Avatar problem.
I really want to have an animated avatar, yet whenever I put upload the gif as an avatar picture, the avatar is a still picture rather than a gif.
 This is what I want my avatar to be like:  Does anyone know how to fix this?

That's a lovely .gif.
Perhaps the file is too big? But it looks like it should be small enough to work. Not my area of expertise.

I've had some cool ideas for .gifs but I don't know how to make them.
