A translator of Japanese Manga has been accused of hosting child pornography since the authorities have found some images of "human like" figures with bodies that are "prepubertal", ie are small and where the females have no accentuated breasts. He has already been sentenced in two instances of court but he has appealed to the highest court.
Many people in the art world and among the culturally interested find the trial preposterous and a threat to the freedom of art.
Here is an article about the case:

Sweden’s most famous manga translator Simon Lundström was convicted of possession of child pornography in July 2010. The local court in Uppsala found that 50 out of his three million images – drawn cartoons, that is, and 20 of them being duplicates from a backup drive – were to be considered child porn, since the definition of child porn in the Swedish law includes drawings.

What do you think, have the Swedish authorities completely lost it, or are really drawn images to be considered pornographic?
